What happens if I unlock during bedtime?

You'll face friction: a reflection prompt, then a hold button, phrase typing, or breathing exercise. After your limit, only a 60-second emergency hold is available.

Can I customize my bedtime routine?

Yes, you can create a wind-down checklist of up to 12 steps and adjust it anytime.

Is my data secure?

Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Sessions use HttpOnly cookies. You can delete your account and all data at any time.

Is there an iOS app?

The web app works in Safari. A native iOS app is coming to the App Store.
